Please read these terms before using THINK TOOLS ("the Service").

1. The service

The Service provides various utility tools that run in your browser, free of charge. Tools that handle files process them, as a rule, within your device (browser) and do not send them to a server. Some tools (for example, checking a URL’s meta information) communicate externally to the extent required by the feature.

2. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is,” without any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the results. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the tools. Always keep backups of important data before use.

3. Lawful use

Use the Service only with content that you are entitled to use or may handle lawfully. Use for the purpose of infringing the rights of third parties is prohibited.

4. Changes to the terms

These terms may be changed without notice. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
